Both are corner lots and you can walk back and forth easily between houses. The Turquoise House North is a beautifully designed and well appointed getaway. The host was most welcoming and attentive to our every need. We had many questions about minor issues. Our host, Jon, was responsive, thoughtful and pro-active and immediately returned calls and texts before and during our stay. The house was well stocked, clean, ready to use, in a quiet neighborhood away from a busy street but still easily accessible to Thunderbird. 5-7 minutes away from shopping at big box stores and only minutes away from several excellent restaurants. A welcoming bottle of wine was an especially nice touch. While we did not use the heated pool, we enjoyed eating from the orange tree and lemon tree and using the putting green. The kitchen was well stocked, This three bedroom, two bath units met all our needs was also well stocked with bath towels, pool towels etc. There is ample garage space plus a modern washer and dryer. My wife was happy and therefor I was happy.
