4 comfy bedrooms, all masterfully designed! The master is equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and direct access to the backyard (ensuite bathroom is attached), on its own private wing of the house. The other three bedrooms are across the other end of the living space, consisting of one bedroom with a queen bed, one with two fulls, and one with two twin beds.

The master ensuite has two sinks & a walk-in shower, with complete privacy from the rest of the home. The second bathroom is shared by the remaining bedrooms, with one sink and a shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen opens right up to the rest of the living space, with new, modern appliances and fully stocked with all the cooking essentials you will need (including a Keurig & coffee pods). We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.
Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.
PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

It's clear that this property is set up for some major fun with the pool, hot tub, pool table, etc., but we were there because I was having surgery, so just needed a place on one level with no carpets, and it worked out very well. If you have someone with a walker, just be aware that there are no grab-bars in the baths (although I didn't expect any). I enjoyed the peaceful backyard view of the pretty garden. It was a great spot for our dog, too. Very close to grocery, pharmacy and dining out, but still has a quiet, neighborhood feel. Nearby school has a track to walk on if that's your thing. Good layout, with large main room (kitchen, dining, living) in the middle that could accommodate lots of people, with bedrooms on either side. All-in-all, I'd highly recommend.

Host was very communicative and made everything seemless. The house was everything it looked like and even more. Would stay here everytime I visit Arizona, which is 3-4 times a year.
