We have keypad access, so you can arrive anytime that is convenient to you. Easy parking is available downstairs; there is an additional fee for parking.
PLEASE NOTE: There are 3 or 4 steps leading down to the front door of the apartment. This may cause complications for the elderly.

This property is what it says it is - a two bedroom roomy apartment. It was very clean, good water pressure in the shower, comfy beds and good large living and kitchen area. Good location near to Courtney Place but far enough away not to hear bar and club noise. Large patio. Very good communication with the owners made access very easy. The only negative is that the bedrooms are internal with no natural ventilation our outside windows/light.

Great location very close to everything but property very tired, badly needs a refresh. Cabinets, walls, floors all damaged it feels uncared for. Poor internet speed, dvd player had no HDMI to link to the tv so unusable only basic freeview channels available. Be aware of parking overnight in the attached parking building was over $50.00 all streets in the area are $5.00 per hour 8pm - 8am on the street is free. Couch in very poor condition, they have put a cover over it but its not good - needs replaced.
I would love to leave more positive comments but I dont have any...sorry
