A localização do hotel é muito boa. O atendimento também é muito cordial e gentil. O quarto possuía um bom ar condicionado.
O quarto não possuía nenhum tipo de iluminação natural nem janela. A limpeza do banheiro estava muito ruim e o quarto como um todo precisa de uma reforma urgente. O piso do banheiro estava muito manchado. Não havia roupa de cama apropriada para dormir, a coberta da cama de casal era do tamanho de solteiro. O cheiro de água sanitária assim que chegamos estava muito forte.
