About this house rental
At the peak of the mountain, with the best views in Payson and a full private guest house. Your well behaved dogs are invited too. The amenities include a small gym and a sauna. You have full access to the house and the entire 1 acre property. You are at the top of the mountain with a 360 degree view for miles. Like the Kachinas, we are perched atop one of Payson’s highest points. We are on a private neighborhood road, with a small section of the road that is unpaved on the drive up. Quiet and secluded with a wonderful view of Payson and the surrounding town and mountains.

What a remarkable property! This home, located on a quiet hilltop, was the perfect place to relax, unwind and escape Phoenix's oppressive heat. The space is thoughtfully appointed and doesn't skimp on the views. Oh my goodness, the views! Payson delivers on wildlife sightings (we saw elk all over town!) but we didn't have to leave the house to enjoy seeing the local wildlife from the patio. It was so quiet you could hear the birds wings flutter as they rode the thermals and the elk calling out to each other. What an incredible experience! Inside the home, the kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meal and then enjoy it in the dining area. Relax and watch a movie on the massive television or just decompress on the comfy couch. The large and beautiful master bedroom has a lovely en suite bathroom with the half bath located in the hallway. The extra sleeping area isn't as private and gets bountiful light in the morning from the front windows so if you prefer a darker space use the master bedroom. The extra space, though, was comfy and had everything I needed to feel at home. And that's just it...we felt like we were at home. Our stay was wonderful and on the drive back to the valley we talked a lot about when we could go back. There is no place I would rather stay in Payson. Can't wait to visit again!

We brought our two dogs with us to Payson, and felt very welcomed. We were out adventuring most of the day, but it was a lovely place to come back to and relax. The view was beautiful, and it was nice an quiet.
