We had a great stay. The host had provided everything we could possibly need. The guest house was immaculate. The location was quiet and scenic, highly recommend this place for a stay in Payson!

This was our first experience with VRBO. This is a great location! It backs up to the National Forest and was very quiet, clean and close to downtown Payson. It’s small, but fine for our needs. The host house is immediately next door to the VRBO. We met the owners and they were very pleasant and provided information about Payson. The Fire TV was unfamiliar, and we would've preferred a TV with local station for the few times we used it. A new window air conditioner was installed (12,000 BTU). It was 95 degrees while we were there, and it struggled to keep up. It seemed a bit small for the area. The bathroom has a small shower stall, toilet, a single sink and a stack washer- dryer in the same room. Plenty of amenities are provided so you don't need much more than your clothes. Easy check-in and check-out. It’s a good spot to get away for a few days.

Our family of 6 plus our dog enjoyed our stay. The studio had everything we needed. It was clean, well-organized, and everything was labeled for easy find. We enjoyed hanging out in the gazebo, watching the birds feed, and took a nice walk in the backyard forrest area to see the evening sunset. We had a wonderful stay and would book again!
