Location near to my relatives

Bathroom shower needs a deep clean. Hot water pressure both in kitchen was poor and only Luke warm. Needed to boil a kettle to shave. Leak from toilet system. Only two small hand towels provided. Would benefit from a dressing table mirror. Pillows lumpy Overall quite clean but decor looking a little tired

Good location,good size studio,excellent host comms,a little worn & difficult parking for large cars

Instructions and communication from the host was excellent. Warning from the host that the car parking spaces are small was helpful, not the hosts fault but a van had parked in the space we were advised was for us and having an SUV it was had then to get into one of the other spaces. Excellent location for the town, leisure centre and station. Studio was a good size, good TV, good blinds, well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Good hanging space for 1 night, excellent lamps and nice desk area.

Shower was a bit mouldy and the wallpaper was coming off in places in the studio, and only 1 electric wall heater which took a while to heat the room (it was 1.5 degrees outside so a v cold evening), but otherwise was as expected. Bedding was a little old but bed itself was comfy.

Ideal.

Communication is good, I booked the Studio apartment, as a solo traveller it's plenty big enough. It's clean, and the two heaters definitely warm it up. The bed is very comfy, & it's a quiet location.

WiFi was intermittent, the parking is a bonus, but it's a tight fit.

Homely, quiet, has everything you need. Parking right outside Tea, coffee and milk provided

That it didn’t have a bath, I have a one year old who is scared of the shower so that was difficult. Could do with an extra towel Maybe a blanket on the sofa Radiators get really hot so be carful as I burnt myself on it.

Everything was clean and tidy. Beds were nicely made and very comfortable. The location was within easy reach of various places of interest and motorway access.

Our stay included a Saturday night and there was quite a bit of traffic noise into the early hours.

Easy check-in, good communication, responded immediately to any queries, apartment was fully equipped, can't fault anything. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if needed. Located in the centre of town with parking.

Excellent home from home with parking

Everything. Beautiful home from home ideal as working with my patients nearby on nights and lovely to come back to relaxing, comfy bed and home for 2 nights. Excellent and prompt messaging from owner. Nothing was too much trouble and bonus of having parking spaces in the centre.

Very comfortable and good value for money

I only stayed one night but it’s well kitted out for a week, if I had been working there for longer.

Parking is suitable for a small car but length wise it’s limited and does impact the pavement. I was required to give personal bank details for the deposit. I do not do that, it’s too vulnerable to fraud. I have no idea how my data is protected by the vendor. They need to bite the bullet and invest in a cyber secure payment platform for deposits. I would not have used the apartment if this had been enforced. As it happens, they trusted me and did not ask for the deposit.

Very nice property, close to town centre for food, shops etc, pretty peaceful once pubs and clubs were shut, expected because of location to high street. Booking was easy and hosts were polite pleasant and helpful with information and communication. All round a very good stay and would highly recommend to anyone . Thanks.

Everything was completed on time. Close to shops. Food, supermarkets, etc. Queries answered promptly.

Since I am not familiar with the type of outdoor locking handle it would have been useful to be advised the handle needs lifting upwards to lock the door both externally and internally. I needed to knock a neighbour's door for assistance. A minor issue really.

Overall, convenient for a short stay.

Kitchen facilities exceeded expectations. Host was friendly and accessible via text and phone. Location was just off the high street and there were cafes and restaurants next door which was very convenient.

Wasn't able to connect to the WiFi during my stay unfortunately. Some noise disruption from upstairs flats after 10pm. Slightly damp smell inside.

Superb Accommodation and Great Hosts

We stayed for two nights, then came back for another two nights in the same week. Excellent property in an ideal location for central Cannock. Also very quiet at night given that it is so central. Exceptional facilities, everything we needed and lots we didn't but it was great to have options. Very clean and fresh, very comfortable beds and furnishings all round. Parking was great, plenty of room even with vans etc parked in other spaces. Hosts were very easy to deal with and very helpful, good, quick responses. Will certainly stay again whenever we are in the area. Could not ask for more!
