nice cozy apartment. It was snowing outside when we stayed, so the atmosphere with the electric fireplace was charming. On the contrary, the building is old, and it’s noisy and somewhat cold in the sleeping room. You can hear the noise from the busy road, since windows do not block all of it

Many times I rented apartments in Kyiv, and there’s always the same problem - no tea, no coffee, no sugar, no salt, no DRINKABLE WATER (tap water in Kyiv is literally green, so it would be nice to have a bottle of water to drink something after you arrive from the airport or train station). The soap is so cheap, you’d think it’s diluted dishwashing liquid. I cannot understand why people would be so cheap with all that, especially when you’re booking what’s supposed to be a luxurious apartment. A pack of tea costs 1 euro and it would last for numerous stays and guests. Why to cheap on your guests??? No one is thinking about the most basic human comfort such as a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of water after you arrive tired…Thanks God there was a toilet paper!

location is central and the apartment was very cosy, modern and clean.

Disorganized, impolite host, who has no idea about hospitality and how to handle guest feedback and formulate the sentences. Internet did not work one day but the host called the service provider to get it fixed, it was working afterwards. Thank you! We needed to pick up the keys from different location, which is like 900-1000m far, it was raining and super windy. It is nowhere written on booking before you book the apartment that you need to go to different location to check-in and pick up the key. It is not convenient with luggages at all. We complained about it and the host was just continuously trying to prove that the information is disclosed (it’s true, one day before the arrival via viber) as well as said that we should have got just a cab to get to the location like others do. On top of that we were also informed that it should have been our duty to ask about check in procedure and not theirs. Payment is confusing. First night was deducted even though booking confirmed that the entire amount will be deducted from the account and dealt by the host. We wanted to pay by card, was not possible at the check-in, only cash. We would strongly suggest to emphasize when you arrive. We did in booking and via viber also and somehow the host kept saying different times. Check out was possible by placing the key in the post box - However the host does not have any clue what the post box number is. She gave us a completely different number, which was not in the range of the numbers. You will get three keys without indication what opens what.
