Spacious, central, silent, well furnished, clean, amazing and very responsive host.

Old building entrance crammed with cars; when it rains there’s a huge puddle that is impossible to avoid and makes difficult to enter with all the parked cars. 4th floor without elevator.

Great communication with the host (in English), she gave us every info needed to find the place and get the keys. Very good location, right on Pushkin Street, close to lots of great restaurants. You have a Parma supermarket downstairs that has everything from bare necessities to fresh bakery products. The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to cook, the bathroom was clean and everything functioned properly. Wi-Fi works great, there's air conditioning should you need it as well. The view of Yerevan at night from the balcony is pretty great!

These are not negatives that the host can change or is to be blamed for! Just some watchouts for whoever is visiting: there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor. It may be troublesome with lots of luggage (we were fine). Also, be mindful that even if it's higher up, the noisy traffic can still be heard almost all day, since it's a crowded area. We were fine with it, but light sleepers may not be. Still a great place!

Un appartement confortable au centre d' Erevan. Opera à 10 mn à pied, nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Communication facile. Balcon agréable.
