We used to stay at Mercure, and I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by your hotel reception team.
In particular, Keerthana and Meghana have been outstanding in their professionalism, courtesy, and prompt support. Their warm welcome, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. They truly reflect the high standards of hospitality that Mercure is known for.

Good location for where i do business. Food is ok. Room is comfortable
The hallway smell like wet carpet need a good air filter or humidifier. It wasn’t as good as last time i stayed
