    Rooms could be cleaner. Staff was very helping and cooperative. Linen and towels need to be changed daily with cleaner ones. Stink n foul ordor in bathroom (ground floor) was unbearable. We got our own air freshner but that too did not help.

    The main door had a central lock but had no latch. We felt insecured due to this, since hotel staff always have a duplicate key

    Rooms are okay, but the hotel is old. Hot water was not available, water was leaking from the AC, and the TV had a set-top box but no recharge, so it was useless. The biggest issue was the cleaning staff. Even after I clearly informed them that I would check out at 12 PM, they kept ringing the doorbell again and again before checkout time. It was extremely disturbing and ruined the entire stay. Guests deserve privacy and should not be harassed to leave before checkout. Because of this experience, I will never visit this hotel again. Definitely not worth ***
