Disappointing service spoils a gorgeous site that could be thriving year-round.
The site itself is gorgeous. But all of Rügen Island is quite extraordinary, anytime of the year. The flat is in a building that has direct access to a lovely beach. Perfect for strolls and watching the sunrise.
As we visited Rügen in early March, it seems that this part of the island is in large part closed and has a "ghost town" feeling. That would be okay, as the site is still so beautiful, if our service wasn't also distant and disinterested. The person who stayed in the flat next door was more helpful to us when the water went out due to plumbing work than our host. This plumbing work was a morning surprise and previously unannounced. We received a 20 Euro refund, which we are grateful for. However, other little things, like not even one full toilet paper roll or working lamps (we announced these to the house manager on the day of arrival) made it so that our stay lacked the attention and care that we expect when on holiday.

The beach is just 30 second from the apartment. Perfect.

Apartment was cozy and functional, however the equipment in the bathroom and kitchen was a little oldish (but fine). The inside table is not very comfortable for three people, but the table at a balcony is good enough.

Der Lack ist ab!!
Der Strandkorb und die Nähe zum Strand.
Zustand und Ausstattung, Schimmel in allen Ecken, der muffige Geruch, leider auch nicht durch lüften zu verbessern. Stark Renovierungsbedürftig und nicht vermietbar. Sicherlich mal eine schöne FeWo, jedoch über die Jahre augenscheinlich keinerlei Pflege erhalten. Und das schlimmste eigentlich, keinerlei Einsicht der Vermieterin und Ausflüchte, dass die FeWo daher ja auch einen reduzierten Preis hätte.

Schöner Strand, schlechte Unterkunft
Die Lage zum Stand und das ein Strandkorb vorhanden war.
Es war sehr dreckig, schlechter Geruch, abgewohnte Möbel und Utensilien. Ich kann leider nicht alle Bilder anhängen. Der Vermieter wurde informiert. Hilfe kam keine. Unfreundlich würden wir am Telefon abserviert. Es wäre nicht wahr. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nie wieder buchen !

Gemütliche kleine Fewo mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand+ Strandkorb sind für den Preis nur noch selten zu finden. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Balkon benötigt so nach und nach mal eine Grundreinigung.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung Albatros ( 3 Raum mit Terrasse) im Erdgeschoss verbracht – mit Hund (es gab keinerlei unangenehme Gerüche – weder von Rauch oder Feuchtigkeit ).Die Wohnung war angenehm groß, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Nähe zum Strand, die Tiefgarage sowie der eigene Strandkorb(inklusive), den wir täglich genutzt haben. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Bad war modern und sauber, das WLAN funktionierte zuverlässig, und die Betten waren bequem – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
