The 35m² two-room apartment upstairs has a living room with sofa bed (120x200), open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. In the attic is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a separate, rustic designed guest toilet and a roof terrace. The kitchen has a radio, electric cooker with ceramic hob, combi microwave with grill, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and large fridge everything your heart desires. The roof terrace with non-slip wooden planks, seating and parasol invites you to linger. In the garden is a barbecue area with seating available. For all guests a freezer is at the outer area.
The apartments are located in a separate house on a residential plot in a quiet location in the small village Prohn - 8 km north of Stralsund. Each apartment has its own terrace. You can park on the property. For all guests a freezer is at the outer area. On the property there is a large open space 500m² (lawn), which is ideal for sunbathing and playing. The seating area in the garden invites you to relax and unwind - here there is also a barbecue grill. For children there is a shed full of toys, a sandbox and swings and a summer pool. Furthermore, the guests have enough bicycles available (large bike 4, - € per day). We own a tame, dog, dog, rabbits, a mini pig and two tame cats. TRANSFER STATION! We will gladly pick you up from Stralsund, z. B. from the train station, and set there again.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 09:00 to 12:00.
