Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und die Lage im Souterrain ist nicht nachteilig. Durch die Lage zur Rückseite ist es für eine Bundsstraße sehr ruhig. Die Straßenbahn M1 zu den Hackeschen Höfen fährt direkt vor der Haustür und sonst sind in der Diezgenstraße alle wichtigen Geschäfte und Discounter vorhanden. Die Pizza von nebenan ist sehr gut.
Ein aufstellbarer Wäscheständer wäre von Vorteil. Der WLAN-Router mußte gelegentlich neu gestartet werden. Die Aufkleber zur Hebeanlage sind nicht wirklich ästhetisch.

Die Lage okay. In der Nähe die Bus bzw. Tram Haltestelle, Bäckerei und Aldi. In der Nähe ist noch ein Eiscafe und Pizzaria. Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens.
Das die Wohnung im Soutarrien liegt. . Es war eine Wohnung im EG angezeigt. Ich habe eine Kellerphobie.
