It is very close to the beach and the kitchen has all you need, new pan, but...
Cleaning. Many of the kitchen stuff were dirty (dirty pan inside the oven, coffee maker who doesn't function well, boiling cup full of calcar deposit). 👉🏻 For the next customers: we cleaned everything we used. 😉 The garbage basket in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned and the smell was accordingly. The bed is very soft, like a boat on the right side; syntetic sheets and even the large towels. Sheets and towels didn't smell fresh (from detergent).
