About this apartment rental
Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. While we’ve always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare all of our properties, we’ve since updated our operating protocols and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. Wife and I booked last minute trip. The condo is as advertised very spacious and well maintained. Everything is in walking distance, grocery stores restaurants and local bars. Would recommend.

We went as two adult couples and stayed for a week in November 2024. Let’s start with the positive. The communication of the management company before, during and after our stay was single-handedly the best we have ever experienced on VRBO (and we have been around the block). Well done. The pool and beach were exactly as advertised, really nice. The beach especially, not only were always two guards on duty, but the beach itself seems to be the nicest stretch of all Punta Cana beaches (we walked at lot, so that is a fair assessment). The apartment was very clean and the whole complex felt very safe, there was always security around.
The inside of the apartment, although modern looking, is not 5 stars. And there were a few things that need mentioning, there is no table on the balcony (as is in the pictures), so if you want to work, eat or play games on the balcony, you have to use the lower coffee table furniture, which is not the best solution. The bed in the master bedroom is described as a queen mattress, hm, we are not so sure about that.
If you are staying short-term, this is a great place and we got such a good deal on it, that it was worth every minute of our stay. The restaurants in the area are good, for longer trips simply use Uber, that works very well.
On the first night, simply go next door to “The View” restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.

Avons loué un mois (mars 2016). Condo propre et luxueux. Bien équipé et confortable. Ajouter une lampe de table et changer le canapé au salon seraient souhaitable et réparer ou changer le lave-vaisselle. Service excellent de l'équipe GoPuntaCana et condo sécuritaire (gardiens à l'entrée et à la plage). Piscine et cours intérieur très calme car peu de condo sont habités. Situé à quelques minutes de bons restaurants et deux petits marchés d'alimentation plus de kiosques de fruits et légumes, pas eu de problèmes pour les repas sauf manque de variété pour une période de 31 jours. Plage de sable fin et entretenue. Avons eu des serviettes et chaises de plage Belle mer. Une seule critique est que cette plage publique est très très bruyante. Des hélicoptères, des bateaux +++, de la musique à plein volume d'un bateau d'excursion lors de ses départs et arrivés, ainsi que d'autres bateaux, etc.
