About this apartment rental
Best location ever with beach view from patio & two large pools. This newly renovated unit is an excellent place to work and play. High Speed Wifi & laptop desk a perfect place to work remotely. Every amenity you could ask for with fully equipped kitchen. Central location with shops, restaurants & bars just meters away. A luxury, gated community, 24-hour security. Private beach with chairs & palapas. Outdoor living space with ocean view makes this a perfect place for work and relaxation.
The space:
Oversized one bedroom! Have this space all to yourself with workspace, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and private terrace. Extremely well-equipped kitchen with every small and large appliance you can ask for including water cooler, dishwasher, espresso machine, and ice machine. Terrace offers outside dining with beautiful views of pool and beach. Guest room offers two full beds and large closet space.
Guest access:
You will be the only guest in the unit. This is not a shared space. An extra space is closed for owner's storage while you are renting. Therefore, you have the common space of a two-bedroom unit, but only access to one bedroom.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
ELECTRIC IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE PERSONAL CONSUMPTION USED DURING YOUR STAY. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 20 RDS PER kw (May 2024) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here.
All clients must register with me by sending Passport / Driver's license so I can register you previously at the reception area. THIS IS A MUST BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN.
THIS IS A QUIET PEACEFUL COMPLEX, NO PARTIES, DRUGS OR ILEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED. NO OTHER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN TO VISIT DURING YOUR STAY.

Great condo had everything I needed for cooking, good wifi, comfy furniture, nice patio, clean, all the comforts of home.Good communication with owners. Facilities are top notch, beach is the best in the area, plenty of security staff. Only improvements is a lot more lounge chairs & shade areas around the pools. Will return next year.

We had a wonderful stay in at Playa Turquesa. The location of this condo is perfect, the pool a few steps away and the beach a minute walk. The condo is as pictured and well equipped. The property managers went above and beyond and responded super fast to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. The location was ideal with many restaurants in walking distance to choose from. But the property also had a small diner right on the beach where I would have breakfast and a few drinks. The pool was calm and quiet, exactly what I was looking for. The condo was nice and clean with a air conditioning and also ceiling fans. It had everything you need if looking for a longer stay. I can’t wait to come back
