Lavish landscaping invites you to relax by the poolside of this three-story post-modern home. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the stunning Noyac Bay, and just 2 miles from Sag Harbor's Main Street, this exceptional property is the perfect summer retreat.
With an open floor plan and soaring ceilings, this home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large living room, dining room, and gourmet eat-in kitchen.
The master suite is located on the main level with a full Jacuzzi tub bathroom and a small deck which is perfect for having your morning coffee on. Next to the master is a smaller bedroom with a full-size bed. This level also features a large living room with fireplace, beautiful wood floors and access to a large deck that is perfect for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is a delight to work in, offering gas cooking, granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space. There is a separate breakfast nook that leads to a large deck. There is also a dual fireplace in the kitchen which can also be accessed in the living room. Finally, there is a sunroom off of the kitchen which provides access to the backyard.

This house is great for a summer stay. Nice pool, patio, distance to beaches, boat rentals and the wonderful historic town of Sag Harbor make every day fun.
Susan and Adam were great hosts, meeting us at the home to explain A/C, TVs, sound system, alarms, etc. Kitchen set up very well and extra lower floor Refrigerator great extra storage. Even with a main floor open concept, bedrooms and den arranged for privacy and good workspace for a month’s rental.

This is the second year my family and I rented this beautiful home! We cannot say enough about the how accommodating the owners are. They made us feel so comfortable. The house had everything we needed. It quickly became our home away from home. The pool is big and my kids had a blast. We hope to continue renting from Sue and Adam again and again. We were all so depressed when we had to leave!!!! Great family vacation spot!
