At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Sag Harbor, this three bedroom (with an extra bonus room), three bath traditional is situated on an oversized double lot. Enter to a living room with fireplace and large windows flooding the space with light. The adjacent dining area has sliding glass doors to a wraparound deck with plenty of space for al fresco dining and relaxation. The bright, immaculate kitchen also opens to the deck. Two of the three bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs. The home's three bathrooms are full baths with marble-topped vanities. The finished lower level has a walkout to the grounds, where you find a pool and tennis court. Located minutes to Long Beach and Sag Harbor Village, and also convenient to Bridgehampton.

My family and I had a great week-long stay at Matthew's property. The house is clean, well-stocked with everything you need for an extended stay and the grounds are well maintained as well. My kids loved the hammocks and the pool and there is also your own tennis court -- a rarity. Matthew was very prompt in our communication. Overall we had a wonderful time and hope to be back!
