About this apartment rental
Come relax in your immaculate home away from home with many extras included. The master bedroom has a king bed with a connected full bathroom and his and her closets. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have televisions. The second full updated bathroom, located in the hallway, has a shower/tub combo. The living room has a new 65 inch flat screen tv with cable and plenty of board games to entertain. There are updated vinyl hardwood floors thru out the whole home. Park your car in the driveway or garage and leave it there for the week-condo is walkable to downtown restaurants and shops, farmers market, browns hot donuts on the boardwalk, sunrise on the beach, sunsets on the bay, Bike rentals are around the corner! There is also an outdoor shower with lighting and a backyard to enjoy the shade.You must provide your own linens, towels and toiletries. The unit has a washer and dryer. The open layout includes a kitchen with a built in wine rack, dining, and living area with cathedral ceilings. The dining table has seating for 8 along with a center island that has seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make and serve a family style. There are games and books provided for your enjoyment. Also included are beach toys such as boogie boards, shovels, and pails, beach chairs and a beach cart. Save money by contacting owner.
The front deck has patio furniture including a dining table and two lounge chairs. Great ocean and boardwalk views from the deck. Enjoy being able to take a break from the beach & walk the 200 yards back to the condo to take an afternoon nap or enjoy lunch and a cool beverage. With no major roads to cross your older children can walk to the boardwalk to pick up a snack or play some boardwalk games!
There is a garage which provides indoor parking for one vehicle, as well as a driveway which provides parking for an additional vehicle. There is plenty of street parking on the surrounding streets. Bike rentals are also available around the corner.

This 3rd floor walk up condo had a great location and plenty of space. Right on 6th street it was a short walk to the boardwalk right by where the stores and games start. It was a 2-3 block walk on the boardwalk to get to the part of the beach you could swim, but having the cart to pull our beach stuff made it manageable. The sound from the boardwalk did not carry so it was quiet when time to sleep. The outside shower was great and clean so we could get all the sand off before going upstairs. The deck was pretty large to have a sit and look at the ocean. There was plenty of space in each bedroom and laundry right in the unit. If I were to book another stay in OCNJ I would want to stay here again.

Good location. Close to the boards.. yet quiet. Owner was great to communicate with. Had some fire alarm issues, they helped as soon as they could. Excited to go back!

We were looking forward to a change of scenery. The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised! The location was excellent!! We would rent the home again!
