Location is very good. It is a quiet area but handy to the beach and to the business centre of Mooloolaba. It is also handy to the fish market and wharf area. Couldn't be much better location-wise
Anyone booking this apartment should know that it is South facing and so the outdoor area doesn't receive any sun at all during winter. Also, there are no curtains or blinds for the main lounge area so we felt a lack of privacy. We didn't like the fact that there was noisy rennovations and property maintenance being undertaken during our stay. It would have been nice to have been advised that work was being undertaken so we could go out for the day.
