Not cleaned properly. Rubbish from a previous tenant left in bedroom draw. No railing in 2nd bathroom to get in and out of shower bath without slipping. Also no hooks for hanging clothes and towels close to shower. Lots of cobwebs on patio not broomed off. Rust cleaning also required.

What a stunning view!
We enjoyed being right on the beach- perfect for a holiday with my 90 year old mother. She loved the main bedroom and we enjoyed watching some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Parking was very tight but we managed it! Good to be off the street

The view was amazing, bed was very comfortable, and had everything you need in the kitchen.
Couldn’t fit the car in the garage and found there was sand on the bed and all over the dining and coffee table.
Not part of the apartment, but may want to mention to someone about the elevator, we got stuck for a little bit a couple times.
