    Old & tacky. Aircon filters all clogged up. Bathroom gets flooded each time we finish showering.

    The location of the hotel is quite good, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself does not offer many facilities, but it does provide a swimming pool, gym, and massage service. Besides that, there are also many massage shops around the hotel, and their prices are relatively affordable. We were assigned three rooms on the 14th floor. The rooms had been recently renovated and were very clean overall. However, the downside was that there was no hot water for showering. The hotel did not inform us beforehand, nor did they provide any explanation for the issue. Apart from that, the hotel’s parking area was extremely small and disappointing, especially for a three-star hotel. The service provided by the staff was acceptable, although it was not comparable to what you would expect from a higher-end hotel. If I have the opportunity to visit again, this hotel would probably not be my first choice.
