Sunset Moyo Bungalows

Lovely bungalow, with a nice reef to snorkel right in front of it. Healthy corals, turtles, mantis shrimp, rays, a reef shark were all spotted. Sunset beers. Lovely staff., and the manager, Dini, speaks very good English. They accept Wise transfer for paying for food and drink. Located in a nice village and close to the ferry pier.

A charming restaurant/cafe is part of Sunset Bungalows. One night there was a group of backpackers with a very bad taste in music, cranking it up. I appreciate that the management needs to balance the interests of all guests. But at some stage they may need to decide which type of tourist they want to mainly cater to.

Great family run business. Any issues I had they sorted and went above and beyond like changing my pillow and getting me some fly spray. The sunset is absolutely stunning here! Perfect setting out on the decking every night to watch it. I had an enjoyable stay ☺️ also highly recommend booking a massage for 200,000 lady did a fantastic job.

Cold shower and not really a proper shower head but it was ok still as its island life and cold shower is refreshing.

La chambre est plutôt un cabane, pas isolée, trous un peu partout dans le plancher, la pièce de bain est rustique : toilette sans chasse d eau mais un seau d eau, pas d eau chaude, un fin filet d eau froide, trou partout entre les planches donc beaucoup de moustiques, il y a une moustiquaire pour le lit mais des trous dedans. Pas d isolation phonique on entend tout et pas de Clim mais un ventilateur.

Propre, très bien conçu et décoré. Magnifique vue. Accès plage direct. Personnel agréable.

-En entrant on découvre une belle piscine avec un panneau « chambre supérieure » donc pas accessible…. Le propriétaire a fait le choix de faire 3 types de logement/prix. Comment expliquer aux enfants qu’il y’a une piscine mais qu’on y a pas le droit? - nous sommes une famille de 5 et on nous oblige à prendre 2 logements…. La villa de 4 est clairement conçu pour 8! Mais… rentabilité ?? - restaurant cher - commander un coca a 35000 et avoir la plus petite bouteille possible !!! - réveil comme au camping. Bruit de l’école à côté. Les logements sont collés les uns aux autres. - le lieu est magnifique mais mauvais ressenti, trop prétentieux à mon goût.
