About this villa rental
Our two bedroom lockoff villa combines two villas, a one bedroom deluxe and one bedroom standard villa, into a 1250 sq. ft. living area and sleeps up to 8 adults. Both the deluxe and standard villas have fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with queen sized sofa sleepers, and each bedroom has a king-sized bed.
We offer two differing decors as seen in the photos. One has granite counters and a twin sized tub in the master bedroom. The other has a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Guests can request either providing they are available.
Each villa has a private porch or patio overlooking the resort’s Highland championship golf course. There are gas grills provided outside of the villas for your use.
Villas are in multi-level buildings. If you wish to stay on a specific floor you can make a request. Owner cannot guarantee the request will be granted.
The villa provides a private porch or patio overlooking the resort’s Highland championship golf set on 1300 acres of enchanting landscape of rolling, wooded hills and meadows, where you can enjoy horseback riding, bike trails, cross-country and alpine skiing, sledding, ice skating, and more.
Interaction with guests:
While I don't live in the town of Lake Geneva I am live relatively nearby and I am familiar with places and activities available in the area. If you have any needs the resort should be able to provide them for you. In case you need to discuss anything I will be providing my contact number to reach me at any time. If you need a recommendation for a place to eat or something else to do, don't hesitate to ask.

Check-in time is 4PM - 2AM (next day)
Check-out time is 10AM
Occupant shall not make or permit any disturbing noises or offensive odors that would interfere with the rights, comfort, or convenience of other owners or guests. Musical instruments, stereos, televisions, radios, etc. should have their volume turned down from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No more than the maximum number of adults are permitted to spend the night in the villa. For purpose of determining maximum occupancy, a person shall be deemed an adult if he or she is at least fourteen (14) years of age.
No barbecue grills besides the ones provided by the resort may be set up or used.
The resort is just east of the Lake Geneva downtown area on the North East corner of Hwy 50 and Hwy 12. Access to the resort is on Hwy 50. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. While there is no public transportation to the resort, you can arrange for cab service if needed.

Anthony was a great host, excellent communication, even meeting me in lobby to make sure check in was smooth (It was) wonderful weekend away at the Grand Geneva!

We had an enjoyable weekend. We have stayed at the Grand Geneva on multiple occasions but this was our first time in the Holiday Inn property. Checkin at the main resort lobby was easy. The condo appeared newly renovated and very clean. The condo was technically two separate condos with a lockout/adjoining door. There were two full kitchens and living rooms. It was very spacious for a family of 5. We did room service multiple times which was delivered within 30-40 minutes each time. The food was good and delivered still hot. We enjoyed the pool on site. Good family atmosphere. The pool attendants were attentive and had a good music playlist to enhance our vacation experience. They have a snack bar at the pool that sells chips/pretzels, soda, beer, etc. You do not have access to the main resort outdoor pool but this was not an issue as we enjoyed our pool. The condos are close to the golf pro shop and driving range. We did not golf this weekend, but we have golfed both courses in the past. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we would be happy to return to this property in the future.

This was our first trip to the Lake Geneva area. Eight of us came from the West Coast (WA & CA) to attend a relative's postponed celebration. This condo was perfect...had everything we needed. Didn't really understand the layout of the resort property, but got it all figured out. Our relatives were on the total opposite side, but it was a decent walk or short trolley ride. The pool that is just for this complex (maintained by the Holiday Inn - but very nice!) was uncrowded and comfortable. Anthony was the BEST! We were sad to not be able to connect in person - but he stuck with us every step of the way & made sure we were comfortable and had a GREAT stay! Really appreciate the hospitality. Lovely! We were REALLY grateful for the elevator, the pleasant balcony patios, TWO bathrooms, and plenty of extra towels/linens delivered promptly from house-keeping. Be SURE to bring your own coffee & filters!
