The central location and the views. Very easy communication. Having the shops and restaurants on the ground floor was a godsend in rainy season.

Great location with night bazaar at front of hotel and beach at rear of hotel.
Large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds
Balcony with views of city and beach
Lots of small shops on ground floor offering everything from provisions to laundry and restaurants
Furniture was a bit dated and rickety.
Cooking facilities were also dated and could do with upgrading

Been here before many times, this room I was given was not good
No hot water to cold to shower , the tap in the en-suite is very loose it goes around when you try to turn it on
