Location right at the sea and central part of Artemida with plenty of local bars and markets😎thank you for the water in the fridge, coffee and breakfast snucks🙏

Nothing, a small remark it could be useful to have some salt and pepper in the kitchen with new frying pan and sun umbrella with beach chairs as the apartment is right at the sea🙏

The location of this apartment is excellent—it's within walking distance of everything you need, which made getting around very easy. The owner was also very kind, welcoming, and always polite, and we appreciated his friendliness throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not meet our expectations in terms of presentation and maintenance. The most surprising issue was that a Wi-Fi cable ran from above the refrigerator, across the kitchen, and out through the kitchen window. Because of this, the window could not be fully closed. When we asked about it, the owner explained that disconnecting the cable would interrupt the internet for the entire building, so we had no choice but to leave the window open during our stay. This naturally raises concerns about insects entering the apartment. There was also a mosquito screen on that kitchen window, but it was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. The apartment itself appears to have been recently renovated and many areas look modern, but the old windows seem to have been left unchanged. For example, the bathroom window would not close completely, creating the same concern about insects entering. One thing we also noticed is that the listing does not include any photos of the kitchen. After seeing it in person, we felt that additional photos of this area would provide a more accurate representation of the apartment and help guests know exactly what to expect before booking. The immediate surroundings are also worth mentioning for future guests. While this is obviously outside the owner's control, the neighboring property contains accumulated trash, and from the front of the building the view is of a fenced area where old household appliances, such as refrigerators, have been stored or discarded. This does not change the fact that the location is excellent and very central, but it does influence the overall atmosphere of the stay. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its fantastic location and the genuinely kind owner. However, improving the maintenance, replacing the old windows and finding a better solution for the internet cable would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
