Positive Nicely refurbished, except bath and partly the kitchen. 2 ACs Coffee machine with some capsules. Washer (sadly top loader, which never cleans sufficiently) and detergent. Really a few meters from the beach. I didn’t swim because off-season. Street parking was easy, however it was off-season. Host allowed early check in and called twice to inform when ready, very nice. A lovely and polite couple of hosts, who don’t quite understand hospitality as business yet.

Negative The intense traffice noise. I couldn’t ever sleep beyond 7am, even with earplugs. No elevator, 2nd floor (+ground floor). This was NOT mentioned in the description at the time of my booking. Only in the check in instructions on the day of check in. Seaview only from a small window in the kitchen area “Cald white” light bulbs everywhere, which make a room immediately, well, cold. Bath needs remaking, very worn, makes an unpleasant impression. Kitchen work area too, not as bad though. The bath towels are the smallest and cheapest ones of IKEA (the ones for €2). In an earlier review another guest had complained about the worn out towels and the host replied that they replaced them. Well, replace those too please: you are saving on pennies and lose focus from the guest satisfaction.
