Beautiful 3 level home with 8 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, and plenty of open space for gatherings and large groups. The loft is open above the vaulted great room. Nice sized family room in the basement perfect for surround sound movies, and ping pong table. Kitchen has 2 ovens, high-quality furnishings. Large mud room with washer and dryer. Two more washers and dryers downstairs. Internet service. Outdoor fire pit. 8 tv's, On dish. Cell service throughout.

This was a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of Bear lake! The main floor was very open with kitchen, dining and living room all together. Large deck space was just off the dining area. It allowed for lots of fun gathering spaces for our family of 20. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made it comfortable for all.

This Bear Lake home was absolutely ideal for our large family vacation (12 adults, 8 kids). Perched perfectly on a hill, it offered stunning lake views while still feeling private. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and featured amazing outdoor spaces—including a huge deck with a fireplace, a grassy yard, and a cozy fire pit.We took full advantage of the Reserve Clubhouse amenities like the pool, hot tub, and sports courts. The gated community was quiet and conveniently located near town, with easy access to hiking, golf, local attractions, and of course, the famous raspberry shakes!The only slight disappointment was the private beach—it was smaller and less pristine than expected, likely due to the high water levels in 2024. Still, the crystal-clear, Caribbean-blue lake made up for it. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. We’d definitely return!

Fabulous vacation house and hope to stay there again. Could’ve used more paper towels and toilet paper, but I guess we could bring our own next time. Towels also but minor compared to the fabulous view and location. Will definitely stay there again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in the gated community called The Reserve. First of all-the location is gorgeous! We LOVED the view, and the very relaxing and peaceful setting. It is a spectacular sight to look out over the lake and the beautiful hills.The home was so spacious and inviting! And was so comfortable, clean and well equipped. We felt like there was plenty of room to gather and to rejuvenate! We thought the pool and and clubhouse area were wonderful! And our family enjoyed the use of the tennis and pickle ball court. And there are endless possibilities for recreation in the area! The owners were very pleasant and SO helpful with our many questions too! The only very tiny thing we wish had been different, was the later check in time and the earlier check out. But we assume that is at least in good part because of their desire to make sure everything is thoroughly cleaned during this difficult time of the Covid virus. We would definitely love to stay here again. We will have very happy memories of our time there!
