- location is good in terms of the destination we needed - - supermarkets, cafes are nearby
- mattress is comfortable

- staff is trying to make the stay as good as possible
- room was with faults (dripping faucet in the bathroom, loose handles, cracked paint, dirty window)
- smoking smell in the bathroom
- general tear and wear is quite hard

The bathroom has urine smell due to pipe choking? Room 920, there is ongoing water 💧 puddle of water out from the tiles which is in front of the basin. Dangerous as guests may slip and fall. No floor mat to clean the puddle if waters. No hand towels. Pillow cases are old. My first stay in Feb 2025 was good but not the second time stay in July as the room is smelly at the bathroom. After feedback on 3rd night stay, then the urine smell is gone but the floor tiles that have water flowing out needs hacking and maintenance ultimately
