The hotel is an old hotel. I is a nice building and classic. I am sure the management of the hotel works hard to maintain the hotel. My room is quite big but hot water doesn't work. The staff including the receptionist are very helpfull and friendly. They were doing their best to keep the guess happy and comfortable during staying in the hotel. Location is awesome. Close to airport and to the business district and shopping. Easy to get online transportation such as gocar and grab car. WiFi was great. Never try the breakfast. But coffee was ok. Cofee was charged 39k rp for a small cup not even made from breewe nor fresh. The cofee was just poured from the breakfast coffee but it was charged way too much, not to mention the breakfast price at buffet is only 40k.. so do the math.. why charged coffee @ 39k... Btw, I ordered 2 cup of coffee so it was 78k... When they could charged me 40k charged to my room including breakfast for 40k... I think that's too expensive... No milk nor cream with the cofee, only plain black but too expensive. At 5star hotel in pekanbaru , black cofee is at 29k rp. And latte cover or cappuccino is 39k. Anyway I was staying there for 3 days.. it was fine. Tv channel only local channel.
