Perfect location, rooms very very clean, and comfortable,Miss Catarina was extremely kind and useful in a good way, always ready to help in case of any small questions I had about the hotel, thanks to her my stay at Villa Prime Hotel was a very good experience
First night the room was extremely hot and I wasn't able to put the temperature down i found the heating central very hard to be used and understand, even after ask to other receptionist she wasn't able to fix the problem, rather than that my stay was perfect

We returned to the hotel after staying there back in May 2025. Our room was very comfortable, peaceful and clean. The room was cleaned daily and our bed was made daily also. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of hot and cold food. We couldn't fault the hotel in any way and we were sad to leave.

The location was convenient.
It felt like an institution. The staff wasn’t very friendly. I booked it here on this platform for parking as one of the amenities. It doesn’t show it on the listing but you have to reserve a space. When we arrived we were told it was all reserved and we had to find street parking in the pouring rain. The whole place feels cold and sounds like an office. Walls are thin, not comfortable public spaces or rooms. My room had a very strong air freshener plugged in right by the bed. The bed was hard, the one chair in the room extremely hard and uncomfortable for working and the lighting was so bad in the bathroom you couldn’t do anything in the room. I understand it’s budget but it doesn’t have to be so cold. The breakfast was minimal and not good.
