O hostel é limpo e seu staff (online e a senhora da limpeza) é muito prestativo. A localização é boa, embora não seja tão perto da estação de comboios e da camionagem. A cozinha é bem equipada e atende às principais necessidades de um viajante. Áreas comuns confortáveis também.
No check-in, não pediram nenhuma imagem do meu passaporte, apenas seus dados. Isso me passou um pouco de insegurança em relação a meus colegas de quarto. Apesar de ter dois banheiros internos, apenas um possui tranca. Essa é uma reclamação antiga no booking que ainda não foi resolvida pela equipe.
