I had the beach view facing room which was upgraded by the staffs because I was a solo traveller

We have stayed here before 1 year ago, it's a gone a little downhill, no maintenance since then that we could see, rooms spec was same as previous which was good but was a much higher price this year for a little more of a tired product. Staff inexperienced, young and not as helpful as other Sri lankan hotels which are more attentive, they lacked the Sri lankan charm all the foreigners love. Needs better staff an a little bit of money spending and it will be great 👍
Staff inexperienced, lacked the Sri lankan charm and attentiveness all the other properties we stayed in. Not helpful, no good mornings just brush past u when your in the hotel. No information given on check in, no upsells etc. Not great
