Clean and nice room
It wasn’t quite enough, I woke up at midnight due to strange noise (it sounded like bike noise), I believe came from ventilation.

design, location, there was a parking lot in front of the hotel, the bed was comfy, 2 desks for work (the bar table and the working area), also there were a couple of places where you can sit and read in the room, like an armchair next to the window, also tea and water were provided. this is my second stay here and I think I would stay here again
there was someone's bra under the bed, this is an indication of improper cleaning! also, the fridge did not work, but we decided not to bother and did not ask to provide a working one
