Value your money with good location. and the property surrounded by real Thai street food.
Just only one thing that annoyed me was the staircase is quite steep.

Good location, good food, enjoyed our stay there and relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant area.
Staff could be a bit hit and miss, sometimes lovely, sometimes seemed moody but didn’t really matter to our trip

Bar/lobby area is super chill and welcoming with calming music, lots of plants and a beautiful fountain with fish and turtles. Staff were friendly.
Bedroom looked like a prison cell and had no windows. There was a sewage smell coming from the drains. I wouldn’t have stayed longer than I did in that room. Maybe some of the other rooms are better?
