We loved the location, the room, the staff friendliness & the food.
The room wasn't cleaned or a bottle of water given on our day 2. On day 1 we had to ask for a towel. Room was booked for 2 but towel & water bottle supplied for 1.
Also, a room opposite ours was given for some event. They were loud & music playing until they shut shop.
One of the staff had an attitude issue. Not expected since we didn't treat her poorly or any different from our interaction with the other staff.

Staff were very courteous and location was perfect. Food was very good so was room service.
Bathroom was very slippery and didn't have mirror light.

Most items on menu not available. Restaurant not open for breakfast at 7:30 as indicated in menu. Not possible to use international credit card.
