Staff were friendly and helpful. The place is next to a stop for both the No. 2 and 6 tram lines. The room was large and had lots of light. TV and a refrigerator were in the room, with en suite bathroom. There was not much noise. A kitchen was available, with a selection of pots and pans; all was clean. The Main Street was within walking distance.

Beware with the trams, as the route from the bus and train stations is much shorter than the route back. You need to allow time for that. I didn't find a grocery store near the accommodation, and brought food back from the center.

Clean, very comfortable

Wonderfully clean and spacious room, with excellent facilities (kettle, TV, wifi, fridge) and nearby kitchen. It's located on site, at a University campus, and it didn't feel out of place for me. Very comfy bed (mattress) which was just the tonic to be able to sleep so well. I happened to visit Kosice when restaurants (not in the old town) but near the University happened to be closed for refurbishment - which wasn't a problem, as the room was so welcoming, I ended up buying food from the nearby shop (FRESH Plus Merkur). Breakfast was also on offer at between 5-7 Euros, but I did not try this.

My only gripe was the very, very soft pillows. I am used to more support for my neck and, if I stayed longer, perhaps I would have felt the effects of this.

The staff were super nice even though they speak no English, and the room was clean. Breakfast is pretty cheap

This hotel is in the bottom floor of a student dorm building, so there’s a lot of people around, and not a great scene for solo travelers. The location isn’t horrible, but it’s around a 25 minute walk from the Old Town or anything you’d want to see. It was also kind of loud outside during the night, but I could still sleep through it.
