Located on Margarita Ave, just 100 yards from the Coronado Golf
Course. Enjoy a spacious, air-conditioned family home that wraps
around a gorgeous backyard/patio area and includes a large basement.
Just minutes from Hotel Del, the beach and Glorietta Bay.
This is a single story home that features four bedrooms and three
bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California King,
a second bedroom and third bedroom have queens and the forth has a king.
A newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters and new appliances
awaits you. Enjoy a book in the library, lounge in a large
comfortable living room or barbecue on the wonderful patio. Above the fireplace in the living room is a large plasma TV. Beyond

Had a wonderful time in Coronado. The home is very comfortable and is located across from the Coronado Golf course. There's a very large backyard with a gas and Weber barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture. The kitchen has everything you need. Our kids loved the basement.

We had a great week with our 5 teenage children. We planned our trip to correspond with a convention in San Diego, and found the Convention Center very easy and quick to get to - 10 minute drive. The charming home is very well maintained with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, as is the linen closet. We would have liked to help get the linens started in the wash, but there was no laundry soap available:(
The patio has a fire pit with wood supplied, which made for a very nice evening.
I highly recommend this home if you will be in the area for any length of time. It is very comfortable, the location can't be beat and the owner is great to work with!
