Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte im Service Büro auf dem Gelände. Der PKW Stellplatz befand sich auf dem Hof. Die Wohnung war gut strukturiert und es war alles da was man benötigte. Die direkte Umgebung war sehr ruhig.
Bei unserer Wohnung hatte das Putzteam einen schlechten Tag. Der ganze Boden war voller Hundehaare und wir mussten erst Mal die Wohnung fegen. Es kam fast eine halbe Kehrschaufel Haare zusammen (Foto). Am nächsten Morgen saugten wir zusätzlich, da die Hundehaare überall verteilt waren. Bei vielen Wohnungen in Göhren wird angegeben, dass für Bettwäsche eine Extragebühr verlangt wird. Da dies bei diesem Angebot nicht erwähnt wurde, sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass diese Leistung inklusive war, zumal der Gesetzgeber festschreibt, dass alle anfallenden kosten vorher benannt werden müssen. Nach der Buchung stand in der Buchungsmail plötzlich, dass pro Person 12 Euro anfallen würden. Erst nach zweifacher Mail mit Hinweis auf die gesetzlichen Vorgaben wurde die Nichtbenennung der Zusatzgebühr auf Bookin.com geschoben. Bis Heute ist in den Angeboten zur Wohnung immer noch keine Information zur Zuzahlung der Bettwäsche vermerkt.
