Schöne und relativ moderne Einrichtung
Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände kommen langsam in die Jahre. Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig (Boden klebrig, staubig; Backofen schmierig/fettig; Herdplatte eingebrannte Kochreste; Vorhänge hängen teilweise aus Führungsschiene heraus….)

Kein Reinigungsmittel zum wischen, keine Kissen für Sofa, Dusche läuft aus (defekte Dichtung), Parkplatz nicht vor der Tür

Tolle Lage Schöne FeWo
An den Fenstern, noch besser auch an der Terassentür, fehlen Insektenschutzgitter. Es gab sehr viele Mücken und daher konnte man schlecht lüften, v.a. Nachts.

Die super Lage, sehr zentral,alles zur Fuss erreichbar, 5 Minuten zum Strand, 5 Minuten zum Einkaufen. Alles super, sauber, freundlich, modern eingerichtet. Mit/für Kindern war Platz genug, auch ein paar Spiele waren vorhanden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet
Es war kein Föhn vorhanden, aber im Sommer ist nicht ganz so schlimm.
