Located on the second floor of the four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

We chose this spot because we wanted our first of three spots we were staying in Hawaii to have the sound of waves and an ocean view. We got that here. We watched the surfers for hours, tidepooled, and visited several other beaches nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare your own meals. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels.The outside of the building could use some updating but the condo itself was wonderful. We only used the pool once and it was okay. Anytime we had to contact the host they replied quickly.

The rental was beyond our expectations. It felt just like home and was extremely clean, well stocked both in the kitchen and bathrooms. Soap dispensers were provided along with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The rental also had several beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler for personal use, beach mat, and umbrella. Holly, our amazing host, provided so much and more. She was in constant communication with us, ensuring we made it safely to the condo and provided any additional information that was useful to us. From the minute we walked into the condo, you could feel the amazing breezes from being right there on the ocean. The views were amazing and the sound of the crashing waves was a perfect way to end each night. We will definitely keep this rental in mind when we return next year. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for your next stay in Kona.

This is our 3rd year staying here! We love the location in Kona and the proximity to beaches and nothing beats the sound of the Ocean at this unit!

Nicely updated, great ocean front location. Watch surfers all day right off the rock wall. Rocky area to enter beach but didn’t stop many people from fishing, snorkeling or surfing. Friendly residents in complex. Near many places to eat and shop. Would recommend
