The villa is in the hills, surrounded by olive trees with a gorgeous view. The house is just beautiful, just like you can see on the photos published. It is very spacious, equipped with e everything you need , plenty of bathrooms, towels, hairdryers, Some bedrooms do not have an own entry but most of the rooms are so huge that it does not matter. The interiour is lovely furnished and decorated with a lot of antiques, the beds are very comfortable, not too soft. Also the Pool is big enough to go swimming, the deck chairs are very comfortable. In the big garden there are many different places to sit, eat,chill, play. Everything is very well taken care of and carefully thought out. We were met by Sue in Subbiano, who accompanied us to the villa ( the road is a little steep) and she explained everything and answered all our questions. She was very very sweet, very helpful and addressable the whole time. She also organized an olive oil tasting with a fabulous variaty of local specialities prepared by her and her family. Our stay there (age 15-82) was everything I ever imagened Toscana to be, only so much better.
