    There aren't a lot of options in Quảng Ngãi that meet the expectations of western foreigners. This isn't a true 5 star hotel, But in comparison to the other offerings in this city, It's definitely one of the best, with good staff, and cleanliness and a delicious buffet for breakfast. Centrally located. Air conditioning works best if you put it on the dry, dehumidifier setting. Make sure you have your passport available when you check in. Use the GRAB delivery app to get food delivered such as KFC, Lotteria, Jolly Bee and myriad Vietnamese food restaurants. We stay at this place often when we come here to visit my in-laws.

    Arrived at the hotel at approximately 10:30 pm and departed at 9:00 next morning. It was a very short stay and comfortable for that period.

    I encountered unprofessional and discourteous service from the staff, most notably from Nguyen Thi Thu Oanh, whose conduct was exceptionally poor and impolite. It's surprising that a hotel can continue to operate with such a standard of service.
