    I am on my cycling from Hanoi to Saigon, yesterday I stayed at Tron House. The price was good 390k/ night. Room is clean, the couple are helpful and friendly. There’s a small sauna room inside my room which is very lovely. I used the sauna and paid extra 50k. The laundry service is also cheap. Highly recommend! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

    I areived at Tron House after a long mixed weather ride, the owner was there ready to greet me, and show me to my room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and yes there really was a sauna... It was the perfect base for my Quang Ngai exploration. HIGHLY RECOMMEND place to stay...

    We booked three nights but cancelled after the first because the room was nothing like the description. The windows were boarded up and the “balcony” was just a ledge behind the hotel sign, not a usable space. There was no natural light or fresh air at all. The air‑conditioning didn’t work and we were given a fan instead. The bathroom was extremely small and not very clean. There was only one plug socket for the entire room, positioned above a loose bedside table. Inside the bedside cabinet we found condoms and other strange items left from previous guests. During the night, water started dripping from the room above. We had to put towels over the light and headboard to stop it soaking the bed. Reception couldn’t resolve anything and said this was the only room available. They also claimed they couldn’t update the Agoda photos, even though the room clearly doesn’t match what is advertised. We couldn’t comment on location so gave neutral view We contacted Agoda and they are still reviewing the case.
