Wszystko super. Czysto, spokojnie, bardzo wygodnie. To mój kolejny pobyt w KEISA i na pewno nie ostatni. Bardzo polecam wszystkim.

Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Apartament jest przestronny

Good property in a ideal location for me as it was near by friends and family to visit over the Christmas period. A friend also stayed with me last minute and this was easily accommodated by paying a little extra each night. The guy at reception although I saw very little of him was friendly. There is also parking outside which overlooks a camera which feels nice and secure.

During an 11 day stay the room was not cleaned even once, which I find shocking and based on other comments noticed that is just the way the hotel works. I had to ask every few days for clean sets of towels. I had to empty my own bins and place the rubbish outside of the room, asking to be provided with bin bags, I’ve provided a lovely picture of me and the bags I’ve asked to show that I really did have to ask for them. The bed is so thin that I had to place another mattress from another bed underneath it to be able to sleep on it, again picture added to show the original mattress and the second mattress on top. The windows have curtains that only cover 3/4 of the window allowing sunlight into the room which isn’t good for light sensitive sleepers. The room I specifically payed for was a larger room and that was experiencing repairs so I didn’t really get the room I agreed to stay in via booking.com, and then nothing was compensated to me for that issue either. All in all it felt like an apartment room I had to do everything for which isn’t what I’m used to really.
