It is a student dormitory. Each room has a balcony and a private bathroom, plus air conditioning. In the common area there is a kitchen, a game room, and a study room.

I liked nothing. Location was okish, room was clean though. Reception guy was nice.
I didnt like bunk beds - I found out its dormitory rooms used in summer for "guests", from september there are rooms for students. I paid 2xless for Andorra hotel, which was actually hotel.
