Very pleasant stay in apartment Prominac.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Not a bug to be seen the duration of the holiday. It even had a hair straightener. The response time and communication from the host is amazing.

My husband and I found the beds to be extremely hard. There is a lovely patio which holds a table and 4 chairs off the main door to the apartment but the sun was completely gone from there by 2.30. Also there is another apartment right next to this, they have to walk through this patio to access their apartment therefore limited privacy afforded.There is a small patio of the main bedroom that gas evening sun but it is very small.

Excellent property, great location and we felt very welcomed at the apartment. We would definitely stay again!

The shower ran cold for most showers, which is the only comment we would have. Otherwise, it was a high quality apartment.

Wonderful Apartment and Excellent Host - Will be Returning!

This is a super apartment where we just spent 10 fabulous days exploring and enjoying beautiful Zadar. Marin is a wonderful host and even had refreshments and drinks in the fridge on arrival. The apartment is in an excellent location, felt very private, absolutely spotless, air-conditioned and plenty of space for our needs with two nice balconies, one with a sea view which was lovely in the evenings. We availed of the free parking as we had a car but really enjoyed being able to walk 2-3 mins to the beach. There is also a bakery and supermarket within 5 mins walk as well which was very convenient. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and will definitely be returning again. Thank you to Marin, his wife and family for the warm Croatian welcome.

The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. We had to walk less then 1 minute to the sea and about 5 minutes to several restaurants and stores. Our host Marin was very helpful and approachable. We had a wonderful stay in Zadar!

A really relaxing stay

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was thoroughly clean and modern and really close to the beach and a small supermarket. It even had some basic and very thoughtful items to start off the vacation.

I gives a rating of 10/10. The apartment pleasantly surprised us. Everything according to the description, photos of the object are real. Great contact with the owner in spite of his absence. We were greeted on the spot by the owner's parents, they showed us around the facility, explained everything and were very nice. The owner, on my inquiries about where and what you can visit and eat in the area, gave a comprehensive answer. We visited these places, it was great. Thank You verymuch. The location of the facility is ideal as a base for exploring the region. To the sea a few minutes, as well as to the store everything you need within a 500m radius. Apartment was clean, 100% equipped was everything and even more than I expected. On the last day of stay where the check out was till 11 o'clock the owner proposed that we can stay longer because he did not have any more guests and for free. I sincerely recommend this object. If I am in this region I will probably use once again.

Great and clean apartment, equipped great. Very nice host ready to help at any time. I was looking for accommodation for myself and my mother in a quiet part of Zadar, very close to the beach. This apartment was a good choice. Very pleasant stay and I highly recommend.

lokalizacja super, sklep, przystanek autobusowy, kawiarnia i dostęp do morza w zasięgu wzroku. Uważam, że to jedna z lepszych miejscówek w Zadarze. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny. Wyposażenie na medal, nawet leżaki, które można było zabrać na plażę. Co sugeruje że plaża jest bardzo blisko.
