Spacious apartment - 60m2 for 4 people, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace, in private house, near the beach in Zadar, Diklo. House is situated 100m from sea, market, bus station, caffe bar,bakery and have beautiful shared garden.There is also free parking.Apartment is situated near beaches ( and sea promenade in the touristic part of Zadar -Diklo, close to the old town ( 10 min. by bus ) . There are several great restaurants and cocktail bars near the apartment.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is conveniently located, close to Zadar yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, at walking distance from the beach (ideal for and evening stroll). We enjoyed having dinner on the shady terrace and appreciated the fresh figs and peaches provided by our host.

Everything was great! The host was very kind, it was easy to communicate with her. The location was close to the beach. The beds were so comfortable for us. We loved the terrace. The kitchen were equipped very well we only missed a microwave. (On holiday it is easier to heat the meals.)

Nice Apartment with a beautiful balcony. We stayed for a few days to visit zardar. Taxi ride into town or an own car is obligatory. Supermarket an beachbar is 4 minutes by foot. Awesome location!

We had a perfect stay with our two grand-daughters (13 & 15 ). The nice apartment situated in a quite place and near the sea is the ideal point of departure to discover the area of Zadar. A car is recommended to travel to places like Nin, Krka,Pag,Sibenik, Plitvice,… 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment we suggest the restaurant Roko (We went4 times during our stay). A special thank you to Siwana who was the perfect hostess, kind and attentive.

The apartment was easy to find and in a peaceful location. Shaded by trees which made the heat in July more bearable. Owners very welcoming and accommodating due to late check in and very quick to respond to queries. Great location, just a short walk to the water. All amenities were well supplied and very clean and in good condition. Had a wonderful weeks stay and would definitely stay again. One thing we could have done with is was an information folder on local services for example taxi numbers, opening times on local restaurants, bars and shops and where to recycle bottles etc. But otherwise everything needed was provided, bin bags, plenty of towels and clean bedding. Would highly recommend.

Matija's mother Silva was very responsive. She let us check out late as we had a later flight, and provided us with a sun lounger and mats to lie on at the beach. The apartment is lovely, spacious and great air con. It is right next to the beach. There are a few small shops nearby. It is only a 7 minute drive from the old town and taxis are good price. I would love to stay again!

Silvana and her family were very welcoming and were available if we needed anything. The location was perfect as it was very quiet, local shops and bars were a 5 minute walk away along the beach, and there was a very reliable bus service into Zadar. We drove easily to visit Pag island and Paklenicka national park, and we could swim in the sea whenever we wanted. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the garden, which had a barbecue and also a visiting tortoise. We would definitely go back.

Die Wohnung ist nahe am Strand in eine ruhige Gasse. Es ist super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub gehabt, vielen Dank dafür!

Tout près de la mer à pied (pas de plage de sable en Dalmatie mais baignade ok). Voiture très souhaitable pour sortir dans Zadar le soir (attention, paiements stationnement à toute heure en Croatie). Appartement agréable. Hôtesse très prévenante.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war super sauber !!!! Gut und vollständig eingerichtet. Geschirr und Besteck sowie Grunddinge (Geschirrhandtuch, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Handtücher etc.) alles was man braucht !! Wie zu Hause!!!! Wir haben nichts vermisst! Bis zum Strand 2 min. zu Fuss! Die Besitzerin Silvana, Ihr Sohn und Ivan waren sehr nette Gastgeber!! Vielen Dank !!! Also ein tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, super sauber! Wir kommen wieder !! The apartment is really nice and clean, ideal for a stay with children. Perfect balcony for enjoying the evenings. It’s located nearby the beach, but not alongside the main road, which is a big plus (not noisy). And most important: The host is very polite and helpful.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'emplacement est idéal pour des vacances en famille. L'appartement est situé à 2 minutes de la plage à pieds avec des petits jeux pour enfants. La plage est très agréable avec un spot parfait pour a apéro et coucher de soleil. Le quartier est paisible et proche du centre ville de Zadar en voiture. L'accueil est top, la proprio nous a mis tres à l'aise. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé, nous avons apprécié le BBQ et la terrasse ombragée. Un point d'amélioration toutefois :il faudrait un micro ondes et un peu plus de couverts. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Vermieter samt Familie standen immer hilfsbereit zur Verfügung, insofern es überhaupt notwendig war. Check in und out ohne jegliche Probleme - schnell und unkompliziert. DIKLO ist prima und man kann bedarfsweise Touren unternehmen. Busverbindung nach Zadar oder auch per Spaziergang. Diverse gute Restaurants in der Nähe und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Café usw. Alles wirklich prima. Mehr Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit geht nicht und ist auch nicht gewollt. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Very nice place with 2 bedrooms and balcony where we ate all our breakfasts, well-equipped kitchen, 2 min walk to the nearest beach and many other options for a beach day in the area within 10-20min car drive, 10min drive to the old town of Zadar :) highly recommend

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ist sehr praktisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig, da abseits der Uferstraße gelegen. Zum Meer waren es zu Fuss nur etwa 3 Minuten. Trotz der Hochsaison (August) gab es am Ufer noch genug Platz zum Liegen. Mit dem Bus kommt man sehr gut zum Stadtzentrum und zur Altstadt von Zadar.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Zadar. L'accueil de Silvana à été très chaleureux. L'appartement possède tout le nécessaire. Il a été très agréable de manger sur le balcon et de se trouver à 100 m de la mer pour la baignade.

Appartement très bien équipé et propriétaire disponible si besoin...avec une attention particulière pour les enfants... Linge de maison renouvelé tous les 2/3 jours....super service et prix très correct. Je recommande cette location.

Wir haben fast 2 Wochen in der süßen Wohnung verbracht, mit schöner Terrasse und tollem Außenbereich. Perfekt für Eltern mit 2 kleinen Kindern, die ohne Bedenken im Garten und bei Silvana und Nerina (Silvanas Mutter) spielen können. Das Meer ist sehr schön und sauber dort und überhaupt nicht weit entfernt. Es hat auch alles um die Ecke was man braucht, einen Bäcker, ein kleiner Market, und die Bushaltestelle nach Zadar Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die liebvolle Gastfreundschaft.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist groß und ordentlich. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten hat Flair und ist ein Ort der Entspannung. Super Lage. Wirklich nah zum Strand, der schön und ruhig ist. Sehr nette Vermieter - Vielen Dank nochmal für alles.
