The focal point of this hotel is the location. The view from my balcony was amazing! It's shame about the rest. I flagged a few times that the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work and they never sent anybody to fix that. I also pointed out that I needed the new capsules of coffee, and nothing happened, Indeed I went to buy that at the shop. Cups and teaspoons next to the coffee machine never got changed or cleaned. I used the hotel restaurant and paid €18 to get the buffet breakfast, unfortunately what they asked to pay doesn't reflect the quality neither the variety of what their offer. Same at dinner. I don't want to sound too picky, but it's a shame not paying attention to stuff like that which massively improve the client's experience.
